I am a commercial photographer based in San Francisco. I specialize in automotive, landscape and travel photography. Born and raised in Metro Detroit, I carry my Motor City roots with me in the form of a Detroit Tigers hat and a deep passion for car culture.After discovering my eye for photography in 2009, I pursued an education in photography at the College for Creative Studies in Detroit. Years later, a trip to the Bay Area inspired a cross-country move to San Francisco. Captivated by the West Coast’s dramatic wilderness and world-class cities, I bring my clients’ visions to life by creatively showcasing subjects in a variety of natural and urban environments.Clients include: Jeep, FIAT, Chrysler, Ram Trucks, Alfa Romeo, Polestar, Omega, Nike, Bud Light, Nikon, Clif Bar, Shinola and others.In 2018, while on assignment for Ram Trucks, I became increasingly frustrated by the lack of resources to find the best places to take photos, leading me to cofound Explorest—an app designed to help people discover and photograph the world’s most picturesque places. Today, Explorest has 250k users and works with over 200 of the world’s most talented photographers who help populate the app's thousands of locations across 16 countries.
