IT Infrastructure Operations and Maintenance• Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals• Ensure efficient operation of all vital business applications, including setting up a critical business application to run on Windows 2003/2008/2012 SQL 2005/2008/2014 Cluster, with all data residing on iSCSI SAN.• Enhance company productivity by defining business and systems requirements for new technology implementations, and managing procurement of hardware/software, including licensing maintenance of a comprehensive product suite.Business Continuity• Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures ensuring regulatory compliance for entire company, including preparing and maintaining all documentation for regulatory requirements, leading disaster recovery training, and administering IT security functions for the firm.• Design and perform server and security audits, system backup procedures, and other recovery processes in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.• Maintain PCI Compliance under the most stringent DSS SAQ-D, including documenting all policies and procedures.Corporate Leadership & Management• Manage Technology Services Group, a six person technical staff. Responsible for hiring, performance evaluations, career training, and ongoing skill development to promote career growth and advancement. • Manage complex pipeline of all Technology Services/IT projects, including project prioritization, IT related concerns, and new requests. Management, administration, and organization of all printed and electronically transferred output.• Manage all helpdesk functions and provide level III desktop support, including direct support for entire executive management team. Excel at communicating with all technical and non-technical personnel in a consultative role.
