In the course of my time at Springfield I have learned four learning management systems, how to create learning modules for effective delivery of training materials including videos using SCORM. I have created countless training videos using Camtasia, Adobe Premiere Pro and PowerPoint to give the end user a greater depth of understanding on how to use the tools and techniques at their disposal. I have spent many hours building self-paced learning modules, documentation, and marketing to promote the tools we use in Springfield Public Schools. Whether it was delivering an asynchronous learning environment or leading thousands in a webinar, I have the experience of speaking and training people in a variety of ways. I also have spoken at some of the largest Educational Technology conferences in North America.
