Employee Relations Manager
Current- Leads the development of organizational workforce compliance goals, objectives and systems, which establish metrics that support the company’s strategic goals, including diversity and inclusion.
- Responds and/or coordinates responses to legal claims, grievances filed by collectively bargained employees, EEO charges, NLRB complaints and any other labor and employment law related claims
- Establishes standards and procedures to identify opportunities to integrate best practices and policies throughout organization.
- Updates and maintains the company handbook and various workforce policies
- Drives best practices and legal compliance by staying informed on new policies, legislation, programs, and practices that will impact the team and organization.
- Manages various projects by ensuring the development of project plans with specific key deliverables and timelines.
