Represents Stations Services as a client on all large scale, multiple multi-year capital expansion projects administered by Metrolinx’s Capital Projects Group, as well as State of Good Repair (SOGR) Projects, and Level 1 & 2 & 3 Maintenance Projects. Oversees Commissioning, Testing and Handover while working with the contractor/developer’s commissioning team to ensure compliance with contract documents for the following systems, not limited to but including: Electrical Systems, Backup Generators, UPS, HVAC System, Elevating Devices, Building Automation System, Plumbing Systems, Fire Protection Systems, Communications, CCTV, Snow Melt System, Security System. Have fluency with all commissioning processes and deliverables covered in ASHRAE 90.1, CSA Z320, andLEED commissioning requirementsProvides technical Subject Matter Expertise during the design phase to ensure the design embodies Reliability, Accessibility, Maintainability and Safety (RAMS) for all asset classes and has sufficient commercial leverage that can be applied during construction.Undertakes a thorough review of project commissioning documentation and provides comments on items provided by the respective PDTs including design review memos, commissioning plan for conformance to project and operational agreements, specifications, equipment commissioning reports, meeting minutes, issue logs during both the design & construction phases, RFI's, shop drawings, submittals, testing plans, staging plans and communication plans and provide warranty support.Facilitates dialogue and discussion between the business and stakeholders (internal and external), assists with prioritization between competing objectives (i.e. run meetings, focus groups, joint sessions, and workshops)
