International Program Director
Current• Provides leadership and oversight to Partnership Managers.• Develop strong collaborative relationships with international partners through regular information sharing, prayer, and collaboration on program improvements• Provides long-term strategic planning support for partners including strategic priorities, budgeting, risk management, etc.• Oversees the implementation and progress of partner programs through monitoring and evaluation • Reviews and approves annual field budgets and maintains project database of budgets and timelines• Works with the local partners to set the annual strategic priorities and objectives for each program.• Overseeing the development of best practices in programming in collaboration with the program leads in the field
