• Led quantitative and qualitative brand strategy research and presented findings to executive-level clients• Developed brand architecture for a beloved chocolate brand with a $4B portfolio, combining internal financial data with market data from Nielsen to identify and target key areas of growth• Designed a brand tracker which went on to inform $350M of incremental investments in the brand over five years• Conducted brand valuations and social listening to analyze the E-sports space, delivering a final recommendation in order to inform a $10M in investment in a major E-sports brand. The final recommendation was implemented, with the client going forward with our final investment recommendation and becoming a minority owner of the brand• Developed and implemented “future-proof” strategy and communication guidelines for a historic non-profit, which are projected to grow the organization’s 1.8M membership by 5%

• Analyzed data using Excel, Tableau, and CubeYou to glean insights on consumer behavior from data, and used these insights to design an integrated marketing campaign to pitch to Bud Light• Developed and presented weekly KPI reports to Subway’s brand team to reveal changes in core brand metrics (e.g. brand awareness, likeliness to recommend) and offered actionable insights• Created a community management guide for Campari Group brands through analysis of quantitative and qualitative data gathered from Facebook Analytics and Sprout Social, resulting in the client adopting the lexical analysis methodology into their future strategic efforts• Worked with the St. Louis branch of TEDx to build a brand identity and voice for the organization, which was reflected in social media, email, and other promotional content
