Responsible for forming and building Homes for Hope, and organization which works with builders and their vendors to build charity homes, generating millions of dollars to "seed fund" struggling entrepreneurs, in poor places around the world work their way out of poverty...for good!• Took a state-based program and turned it into a nationwide non-profit organization.• Created teams around the country to build charity homes - funding entrepreneurs worldwide• Laid a foundation with strong leadership which continues to grow and thrive today.

Served as president and CEO of HomeAid America, responsible for creating and supporting chapters across the country - in order to expand the mission reach of the HomeAid mission to build quality housing for the temporarily homeless who are on the road to hope and self-sufficiency.• Led the development of the framework for a national non-profit organization.• Formed non-profit organizations across the country to expand the HomeAid mission reach.• Trained local chapters in implementing the HomeAid mission in their communities.

As founding executive director, I worked to formulate HomeAid Orange County (HA/OC), the flagship chapter. which eventually was the prototype for nationwide expansion.• At HA/OC I worked with thousands of members of the building industry, volunteers with huge hearts, to build 28 shelters for the temporarily homeless in Orange County, CA. • Created the first assessment tool for vetting local charities to become HomeAid Partners.• Created a public/private/ non-profit partnership model to better fulfill the HomeAid mission.
