As Senior user Acceptance Tester for Jamf Protect, I lead my team of QA engineers to effectively test Jamf Protect, the macOS security offering from Jamf.In my position as Senior User Acceptance Tester, I have a special emphasis on ensuring that the product is not only bug-free, but also that it is easy and pleasant to use. My goal is to make our users gleeful to use the product.Additionally, I create, document, and fine-tune the processes that we use around testing and ensuring the quality of the product, as well as advise our product team and advocate on behalf of the customer for features, bugfixes, and workflows within our product.I also advocate for, and help to drive and enable, a quality-centric mindset among our engineers, ensuring that they have the tools and knowledge they need to efficiently write quality code that will make our product as excellent as it can be for our users.Finally, as team lead, I help my team to grow into the best Engineers and QA they can become by incentivizing the things we want done, encouraging and facilitating professional learning activities, and removing barriers and roadblocks to productivity wherever I can.
