Michael is a Manager supporting the Department of Treasury within the firms Federal Government practice. Michael has over 10 years experience supporting clients in various industries leading Digital Transformation, Strategy, Program Management, and System Integration initiatives. He has also led application and development teams through the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) in delivery roles modernizing legacy systems for several large scale healthcare platforms. He has the ability to quickly learn new technologies, business processes, and clearly communicate up, down, and lateral to help clients realize goals. Mr. Liggons is certified Project Management Professional (PMP), a Certified Scrum Master (CSM), and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University and a Master of Business Administration from the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
