Coordinated and managed a high number of projects with a very dynamic team while supporting Customers and Channel Managers world wide as the Team Project Manger and Technical Liaison. As the Lead Integration Engineer I supported the team members with hands on validations and analysis of network captures.

Technical Support Center• Provided technical support to Field Engineers. Responsibilities included providing phone support using Technical Manuals, Schematics and Electronic Theory; provided onsite assistance for Code Reds; developed Site Specifications on equipment setups to ensure proper installations; supported Beta and Trade Trial Installations, Network Troubleshooting; and identified video input problems by dissecting video signals with an oscilloscope.• Served as the Service Representative on Kodak Ektascan Image Systems and the Medical Image Manager teams by acting as the advisor for product releases. Designed and implemented a technical information database that is used by the World Wide Kodak Service Organization.• Served as Product Advocate for many different medical devices, including MAU, PIU, MIM 100, MIM 200 SCU/SCP, DPS, and KEMCI 2000.

• Contributed to the Manufacturing Department by performing troubleshooting on the manufacturing lines; assisting with Code Red both by phone and in the field. Supported Parts Services by testing and repairing electronic hardware and software components to be recycled back into stock. Supported Marketing and Sales department with technical, qualification and image data, necessary to quote sellable systems accurately. Also responsible for testing all modality, new device components, and software qualifications.• Developed and wrote Standard Operating Procedures, Assembly Procedures, Quality Control Inspection Procedures, Temporary Operating Procedures, and established a training/certification program.• Served as QC Engineer by conducting Quality Control inspections. Performed random audits across the manufacturing floor to verify that all processes were being followed according to written procedures, and that all OSHA, FDA/GMP and ISO guidelines are being followed.

• Served as the working 3rd shift supervisor for the Maintenance Department; responsible for a team of technicians, the Final test floor, Plating Lab and chip production lab. Responsibilities included providing input for Performance Appraisals, Duty Assignments, Equipment Analysis, Development and Implementation of a Preventive Maintenance Program, Discipline of the technicians. Maintained and designed more efficient test equipment, and troubleshooting at the component level.

Submarines• While serving in the United States Navy, I worked my way up to Sonar Supervisor. The Sonar Supervisor was part of a four-man team, which ran the Sonar Shack. Responsibilities included assigning and tracking of contact friendly or foe, making status reports to the control room/Officer of the watch, assign personnel to the appropriate watch stations, manage all combat situations and maintaining over all safety for the entire Submarine.• Other non-Sonar Supervisor responsibilities included troubleshooting at the component level, Preventative Maintenance, Sonar Sub Safe Coordinator, Hazardous Waste Coordinator, and Calibration Equipment Petty Officer.
