- Advised leaders at an Indian HR consultancy on developing a product offering for small/medium enterprises, combining entrepreneurial research with a digital transformation operating plan (8 weeks).

- Led HR operations through 5x growth and many Waymo “firsts”, including the raising of external funds (3.2B), M&A integration, international operations (UK & China), and business continuity during COVID remote work. - Partnered across company-wide change initiatives, including the revamp of our performance management system, rollout of new role profiles/job architecture, future of work mobility, OFCCP/SOX compliance, etc.

Founded Hyphen as a “shared service” ERG model for newly spun-out Alphabet companies (Waymo, Wing, Loon, X, Chronicle, Verily) to support members navigating the difficult start-up ecosystem; recruited leadership team, devised org structure/vision, led through COVID19/Anti-Asian Hate, and grew membership 10x in 2 years.

- Stood up critical processes to accelerate Waymo’s path to scale and commercialization, including in the areas of people programs (manager summit/employee survey), employee services (HR deployment of Salesforce CRM/Intranet launch), recruiting (ATS implementation/offer letter automation), onboarding (new hire/ engineering orientation), and compliance (drug testing for autonomous vehicle operations).

- Facilitator and Reading coach of the MBA/MSx course, Interpersonal Dynamics (OB 374).- Taking a break from facilitating from July 2021 - July 2022 while I'm enrolled as a student at Stanford GSB in the 1 year MSx Program.

-Employee 388 and 2nd HR hire; took lifecycle processes in-house as part of standing up Waymo as a standalone company (e.g. equity planning, staffing operations, benefits, job changes, exits, etc).

- Led a 7 week consulting project on leadership diversity hiring: collecting inputs, formulating a strategic POV, and presenting recommendations to the global team for each stage of the exec hiring lifecycle.

- Team lead of Google’s global HR data intake process, at one point supporting 6 teammates across US, Ireland, & Singapore to oversee the auditing, processing, & data integrity of 7,000+ sensitive HR transactions each month- Project managed the HRIS component of Google’s total compensation cycle, partnering with >11 teams (Benefits, Compensation, HR Systems, Analytics, Payroll) to process data changes for 40,000+ employees.- Business owner for the redesign/deployment of a new data portal used by Google’s global HR community, overseeing feature development, process design, tool testing, stakeholder management, and product launch.- Managed payroll processing of the fitness subsidy program for the Real Estate and Workplace Services Team, synthesizing data for contract negotiations and helping to streamline operations by initiating program changes impacting over 1,000 employees.

- Improved legal intake as process owner for mandarin trademark cases in the Greater China (CN, HK, TW) region by managing a separate language queue, introducing translated web forms, and establishing direct support channels for regional sales teams.- Supported the workflow unification of the US/Ireland teams by a) piloting a workflow change that reduced the EU backlog by 75% and b) reconciling process discrepancies and documenting cross-team best practices.

- Founded and managed “Cal Facilitation Team”, training 25+ student leaders over 3 years into facilitators to help scale the LEAD center’s capacity to offer leadership training to groups on campus.- Facilitated workshops for 30+ groups (e.g. graduate programs, Greek, student government, professional clubs), training over 1000 students on topics like team dynamics, leadership styles, improv, and more.

- Surveyed corporate initiatives on social entrepreneurship in developing economies with 5 other fellows selected from U.C. Berkeley (fully paid sponsorships). - Project managed a needs assessment for international volunteers at the Tata Medical Center cancer hospital, surveying 27 departments to better curate & match international talent with the requirements of hospital functions.
