Regional Manager and leader for 5 academies (29 staff) in North Queensland.Responsible for achieving attendance and retention targets, as well as, aligning the region with the strategic direction of the Foundation. Help to educated the school community on the mission and purpose of the Foundation, ensure all staff adhere to Department of Education’s protocols, and manage the expenditure of the region in line with the Foundations principles. Assist with recruitment – on boarding and off boarding. Monitor and manage the regions compliance with the Department of Education. Analyse reports, academy budgets, and effect necessary changes. I have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship and Psychology from Concordia University-Portland.I currently sit on the board of Accordwest and am a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
