Provided worldwide enablement utilizing technical expertise and creative multimedia skills in the areas of Portal Collaboration & Web Technologies to the Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Business Partner communities of the IBM Software Group.• Influenced over $120 million in software revenue opportunities through my custom demonstrations and innovative extensions to the WebSphere Portal. Provided a branded customized view for each customer, enabling the worldwide sales force (30 countries, 20 languages) to easily demonstrate and train customers and partners on personalized Portals, Collaboration, and Web 2.0 applications. • Collaborated on the creation and hosting of hundreds of voice-narrated, screen-recorded solution videos, targeted at both customer executives and techies. These popular training screen capture videos and product demonstrations were downloaded and viewed over a million times by customers and IBMers worldwide.• Approximately $.5 Million reduction in sales-support costs by eliminating duplication of efforts to setup and customize training, demos, and proof-of-concepts. Instead, implemented shared live demo and training servers with 24/7 availability and innovative centralized customization functionality.• Created and deployed step-by-step training modules and demo scenarios that included Collaboration Software (Lotus), Enterprise Portals (WebSphere), Web 2.0 and more.
