A communications engineer by profession, Michael served as a communications engineer during his tour in the German ARMY. After which Michael completed a double major in communications and multimedia engineering in the University of Applied Sciences Wilhelmshaven/Germany and abroad in the Queensland University of Technology Brisbane/Australia.After his graduation, Michael has held positions with “Adams Consult” as Director of Project Management and Head of Engineering and Integration with “Nortel Networks” and “Callahan”, leading cross-cultural teams performing nation wide network designs, builds and upgrades during the German telecommunications deregulation period.Michael was the founder and Managing Director of IET (Industrial Engineering & Technologies GmbH) and cofounder of the IET.HOLDING Group, providing full turn-key communications and alternative energy solutions.Since 2013 Michael is a Member of the Supervisory Board at Telefunken Communications AG (TCAG), a company providing Tripple Play over FttH. Also Michael is a Director at LiteWave Networks GmbH, a 100% daughter company of TCAG building FttH infrastructure.He is an active member in the SCTE, ANGA Cable, buglas and dibkom.
