Michael primarily represents family offices, high-net-worth individuals, family businesses, and private equity-backed companies in their corporate transactions, advising his clients on private investments, mergers and acquisitions, family office and corporate structuring, and day-to-day corporate matters. He has recently advised clients in the secondary sale of a portfolio of private equity assets, the sale of an international family business, and the implementation of an annual investing program (including executive equity and co-investment plans) for a significant family office. In addition, Michael is a leader on the Katten Corporate Transparency Act Task Force and is also a member of Katten's Associates Committee.
