I have over two decades experience in the construction industry, most notably almost 20 years running almost every aspect of a commercial/industrial waterproofing and concrete/masonry restoration company. This foundation has helped me gain the knowledge and understanding of waterproofing systems and how they function as part of the building envelope. I have dealt with below grade and above grade waterproofing membranes, air and vapor barrier systems, sealants and expansion joint systems, traffic deck systems, clear water repellents, sheet and liquid roofing systems and various aspects of concrete and masonry restoration, among other things.In addition to experience on the subcontracting side, I have been a Florida State Certified General Contractor since 2004.In light of my experience, water intrusion and building envelope concerns are areas where I can be of assistance, from pre-construction through post construction and occupancy.
