A full renovation with the reduction of 32 floors consolidated to 18. Programming, planning, design and construction completed in 9 months, under budget and on time, while constantly occupied.B) The integration of Guy Carpenter world headquarters within the Marsh McLennan Companies 1166 facilities, delivering a unique interior space that spoke to Guy Carpenters distinct culture. GC gained from utilization of MMC shared services of conferencing, technology and back office support, reducing their footprint requirements.C) The creation of a global contract furnishing procurement program with a reduction of per head cost from $6800 to $2300 per person. New standards for all commercial product for North America, Asia and EMEA.My call to action, identify the clients real estate problem, partnering with vendors to deliver a solution the client didn't think achievable.
