There I aided in the implementation of several sampling programs, working with Master's candidates and faculty alike. Following my time with Dalhousie I accepted contracts with DND helping to develop and implement their in-house environmental monitoring at an Armed Forces base in Nova Scotia. This was an extensive monitoring program involving meticulous planning and organized execution.Since completing those contracts, I moved to Toronto and spent many years working in the restaurant and entertainment industries. Those years provided the opportunity to grow my interpersonal skills and highlighted how the importance of dedicated, thoughtful work, regular training, and ambitious initiative can lead to greater success and career fulfillment.
