From this analysis a breakdown of the problems identified was required. This involved creating a number of discussion documents including process maps and decision tree diagrams in order to find the best solutions for the problems identified.Out of this a draft Leave Policy was created so the business could develop a policy that met their needs. A project requirements document was also produced setting out the justification, deliverables, constraints as well as the solutions required within the remediation project. This included a PowerPoint presentation document to enhance the delivery in presenting to the management group. With a potential change in system further down the track, a HRIS system requirements spreadsheet was created to start the conversation on what does the business require in the way of functionality as well as the fields required for the necessary data.Clear and concise communication played a large part within this contract.
