- Responsible of setting and managing the company's overall supply chain and logistics strategy in order to maximize the overall supply chain efficiency, productivity & the annual company targets.- Responsible of ensuring the operations commitment to supply the customers' needs on time in full.- Supervise the supply chain team through the daily, weekly, monthly & annual job roles.- Setting the Supply Chain KPIs and targets and following up on achieving them.- Participate in the preparations of the organization strategic plan.- Improving the production, material planning accuracy avoiding any stock outs to ensure smooth running production operations.- Close collaborating with S&OP to secure the right production capacity to meet customer demand.- Achieves the organizational financial objectives by preparing annual budgets, manage & control expenditures, and analyze any variances.- Stock control & inventory levels management.

- Participate in the preparations of the plant strategic plan.- Supervise the supply chain planning teams through the daily, weekly, monthly & annual job roles such as:** Resources Capacity plans** Production planning** Material Requirements planning & follow up avoiding any material shortage.** Demand Planning & forecast trend studies.** Plans achievement reporting & follow-up- Conducting continuous S&OP meetings.- Stock Control and inventory management.- Continuous follow up for production & Sales plans achievement.- Master data revision and leadership- Analyzing & reporting overall achievements regarding Sales, production vs. sales plan.- Participate in the Monthly & Annual board review meetings.

Manage the R&D department on our new factory with the new products line up then managing the R&D department at the newly established washing machines factory at Fresh Georgia our new abroad factory.Our target and mission was adding new products to the company portfolio and passing through all phases such as market study, design and engineering, design validation.-Technical Market research and study- Designing the new products according to the Product inputs (Customer needs- Competitors Benchmarking- Previous products after sales service feedback)- Develop/ Improve current products quality and reliability according to the inputs (Customer needs- Competitors Benchmarking- Previous products after sales service feedback)- Product innovation (Functions, Customer needs)- Cost reduction- Short/Long term products line up- Strategic products Phase in/out- Solve Daily technical issues related to the product .- Develop Testing Labs for Quality Validation Related to product life time and usage accelerated Simulation.- Manage Technical Files per product.

PM job is the link between the customer, marketing dept., sales dept., after sales service and the R&D department reporting directly to the chairman. This was a project to utilize the engineering experience in the market. I prepared a market research and defined a route map points and steps to evaluate our products according to the market needs and the after sales service claims.

Apply Lean Manufacturing techniques & Toyota Production system TPS, TPM, 5S, One piece flow, Just in time production, Stock control, Applying Cell lines, SMED and Beside all that we were required to present any innovative ideas or solutions for any daily activity in the factory. I presented the ideas of how to control the packaging stock , Loading Dock for containers and warehouses, 5 S Manuals design, Loading the containers software.

Responsible of a specific product Design, develop and solve any manufacturing or quality problems, Regular development for the current product, Value analyses for our products considering the competitors, Cost reduction and Present new models according to the marketing department needs.

Responsible of receiving the network co. requests then moving to the site according to the GPS coordinates then preparing in detail layout for the site CAD and Panorama images then I recommend the site or suggest another one in range.
