In this role I developed the headspace's strategy in collaboration with headspace National divisions and the headspace network and supported strategy development in headspace divisions and built capability in strategic thinking and strategy development across headspace.

In this role I was responsible for operations, business development and client service delivery of the Victorian and South Australian offices of PwC’s Indigenous Consulting (PIC). PIC is a majority Indigenous owned and staffed consulting business focused on supporting meaningful change in, for and with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Communities. At PIC I headed up the Victorian and South Australian offices of PwC’s Indigenous Consulting (PIC) building the capacity of a diverse team of consultants and contributing to PIC’s national Leadership Team.I was also responsible for directing engagements consistent with PIC’s purpose of enabling meaningful change in, for and with Aboriginal communities. This included projects with Aboriginal community controlled organisations and not for profit community organisations, state government departments and agencies (family violence, Aboriginal business development, funding and Self-Determination reforms) and national projects requiring multi-jurisdictional consultation and data gathering.I am proud of the work that I undertook at PIC to build and grow PIC’s evaluation and review practice (I was the lead nationally for this work). This included significant work developing methodologies and capability and undertaking engagements focused on reviewing Indigenous programs and grant and administration processes. Design, development and implementation of monitoring and evaluation frameworks was a key feature of this work.I am also proud of the contribution that I made to PIC’s thought leadership agenda including driving major pro bono project with the Change the Record campaign, the Richmond Football Club and PwC to raise awareness of the disproportionate rates of Indigenous incarceration in Australia.

In this role I lead and deliver projects across a broad range of social policy areas including early childhood, education, human services and justice portfolio areas.

In this project based role I led the development of a detailed implementation action plan for the government's school reform agenda,

In this role I managed, designed and led reforms to health, learning and development programs for children before school age.

In this role I was responsible for oversight of all early childhood policy and program functions including the Programs and Partnerships, Quality and Regulation and Strategic Policy and Projects Divisions.

In this role I provided integrated and coordinated strategic advice and leadership of the Early Childhood Development Group.
