Close to 20 years restaurant experience starting from the bottom and working up to the top. I started as a busser at 14 and from my first day out my all into it. Next restaurant was a server to a shift manager to head bartender in under a year. The promotions continued from then on where I went. From entry level to trainer, headwait, & assistant manager usually with the first few months.
