Accountable for the success of the clinical placement sourcing function and team. This role will oversee services related to clinical and field placements across Nursing, Allied Health, and other strategic healthcare programs across the U.S. based University clients. This role is accountable for developing, deploying, and managing key internal operational procedures. This role uses data to inform, influence, and evolve procedures to influence outcomes and meet key objectives with internal and external stakeholders. Management duties include leading managers and individual contributor roles, staffing assignments, performance management, and team culture and engagement.In order to confidently drive and speak to the success or challenges of the business, the Vice President is expected to be knowledgeable in state compliance, operating best practices, technology and reporting, and the requirements for each discipline within the portfolio. When necessary, this individual will be the representative of this service both for business development, internal stakeholders, and University clients. • Directly oversee USA ADOR’s to drive the implementation of student recruitment and admission activities that are innovative, consistent, and measurable and reflect overall enrolment goals and objectives for each partnership.• Oversee 22 University partners and over 70+ programs that generates over 68 MM in revenue. • Responsible for providing vision, comprehensive leadership, effective planning, program development, budget oversight, data analysis, and institutional coordination for marketing and enrollment management, recruitment, retention, and student development functions.• Develops the strategic recruitment plan, policies, and practice standards for undergraduate and graduate admission on the main campus and throughout all regional centers• Coach Associate Directors of Recruitment and Admissions Managers to establish accurate forecasts and evaluate performance trends for student lifecycle data and to develop and implement appropriate action plans• In collaboration on projects with Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Insights, Student Services, Placement Services and Acct Management teams to evaluate inquiry source results, program message effectiveness and provide a seamless transition from new lead to start• In collaboration with the Executive Leadership team to develop enrollment goals/budget based on strategic analysis of student success, program specific and institutional capacity, market research and geo-demographic data.• Oversee all local recruiting and hiring process to ensure appropriate staffing levels, team experience, and team diversity

Assist the Director of Student Management with the 9 yearly starts to raise the show rate each session; in July 08 we had the highest Show Rate at 66% (AIU record), in November we achieved 108% to ESP and has a record breaking January session with a 65% Show Rate.Work as an advocate and overcoming obstacles for the student before and after starting school by working with admission advisors, contacting students directly and working with other departments.Develops and implements a stitch-in process with the admission advisors by providing feedback regarding the status of their students for the current and future starts.Train all new hire’s (15-25 each class) through presentations and sitting with them to train then on the stitch-in process from the acceptance call trough the life cycle of the students.
