Served as Vice-President of operations. Responsibilities of developing private-public collaborative programs for the U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development, National Association of Housing & Redevelopment Officials, and municipal public housing authorities. National security consultant for the U.S. Department of H.U.D. servicing high crime public housing authorities. Over a four year period took this firm from a local RI operation to a national service provider. Programs written received awards from H.U.D.; NAHRO (National Association of Housing Redevelopment Officials); and the Pawtucket Housing Authority.
