CurrentResponsible for ensuring IT processes and recommended changes comply with ITSM standards and goals as well as with audit, regulation and legislation requirements through the provision of controls and alignment to strategic business objectives and regulatory mandates.• Review relevant regulations and legislation, inform the Governance Board and/or ITSM Steering Committee of any process deficiencies and provide recommendations.• Audit IT Service Management processes for compliance to regulatory requirements.• Ensures a coherent and comprehensive approach to the design and implementation of processes across the organization to increase efficiency and minimize cost.• Identifies and coordinates continuous process improvement initiatives.• SME and advisory for change projects.• Determine if changes to tools, procedures, work instructions, and additional reports developed to support the process outside the core KPIs require Board review and approval.
