Having incubated several successful entities in various industries, (Verity Merger Group, Inc.a, Business Acquisition Consulting Firm, Campus Suds, a College Service Provider and 3RConcepts, Inc., an Electronics Recycling Firm), I reference my entrepreneurial background and work with companies interested in growth and help lead companies into emerging markets with a "hands on approach." My initial focus in finance started my career path in a consulting capacity for high net-worth individuals and investment groups but quickly evolved upon a strategic partnership with a group of colleagues in order to a mid-sized trading fund. After attaining previous goals and objectives, I successfully negotiated the sale of my portfolio through a strategic acquisition. Loving the process of negotiation and sale, I migrated into the M&A space and facilitated business acquisitions for small to mid-cap companies eventually launching Verity Merger Group, a business and real estate consulting firm. During this time frame, Campus Suds, a college laundry services company was also launched with an absentee management business model.I'm one of the Co-Founders of RecruitWell, a nationwide, permanent and locum tenens healthcare staffing and consulting firm. I manage a team that specializes in matching physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants (within all specialties) & CRNAs with our clients on both a permanent or temporary basis. I consider RecruitWell the culmination of all of my past experiences. I understand the need to consider the whole business, its people and its customers and most importantly, the need to listen as well as to communicate. We approach our relationship with our clients as a true partnership.
