After two years at Beyond Air, I'm looking for new opportunities. In my last position as a pre-clinical project manager, I initiated, planned, and led a project evaluating different bacterial species' susceptibility to Nitric Oxide (NO) exposure. My responsibilities included financial aspects, such as budget preparation; engineering aspects, such as designing and validating the NO exposure chambers; and establishing and maintaining collaborations with leading domestic and international research laboratories. I was also responsible for analyzing and presenting the experimental data to the company's management.I have extensive experience working with human and animal tissue cultures (in vitro) and developing molecular assays for rapidly detecting nucleic acid sequences in various clinically relevant matrices (e.g., blood, swab samples, and more). My doctoral thesis focused on developing a rapid, high-throughput method for SARS-CoV2 saliva-based detection. This project has completed the clinical trial phase, and the developed technology is currently in the technology transfer stage with one of Israel's largest diagnostic labs.I have over ten years of team management experience, first as a shift manager for the Bloomfield Science Museum in Jerusalem and then as a microbiology team leader and lab manager. I have excellent interpersonal skills and believe in leading my teams by personal example.
