As a trial lawyer at Boulette Golden & Marin, I serve as lead counsel in complex commercial and employment litigation matters in federal and state court. With 30 year of experience, I have successfully represented a diverse range of clients, including technology companies, healthcare entities, retailers, REITs, and high net worth individuals, in various business, technology, and employment disputes.I have a proven track record of achieving favorable outcomes for my clients, whether through trials, motions, settlements, or appeals. I have also developed a niche practice in noncompete and trade secret litigation involving injunctive relief. In addition, I am regularly retained as local counsel for national firms in high-stakes litigation in Western District of Texas and Central Texas. In addition to my litigation practice, I am actively involved in the local and legal community, recently serving for many years on the boards of Austin PBS and The Trail Conservancy (currently Board Chair Elect) as well as numerous leadership roles in the Austin Bar Board (Past President), Texas State Bar Board (Past Director), and the State Bar Corporate Counsel Section (Past Chair and current Pro Bono Committee Chair.
