Responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day management of the Operations Research, Capacity Planning, Process Controls and Operations Reporting functions at Vantiv.

Responsible for advising and guiding clients through the identification, prioritization, analysis, and resolution of challenges that adversely impact operating performance.Manage client accounts to ensure projects are executed in alignment with Atos BPM principles and quality guidelines and adhere to contract terms. Responsible for the utilization and staffing of practice resources and the negotiation and management of offshore and 3rd party contracts when necessary. Responsible for all strategic and operational aspects of the Mercury Grove professional services operations.Responsible for directing and supporting all aspects of Mercury Grove application development and IT consulting services while actively managing and executing consulting engagements.As IT Services Director for Mercury Grove, recruited, hired, trained, motivated, and managed Mercury Grove consultants and project teams. Developed the Mercury Grove service delivery model and project methodology under which all Mercury Grove projects are executed. Responsible for preparing and managing the Mercury Grove IT services budget. Responsible for managing client and vendor relationships and ensuring the delivery of services satisfactorily and in line with contractual obligations.Represented Fortune 10 clients as Senior Program and Project Manager for large (budgets > $10M), international, enterprise integration and website design projects delivered using traditional waterfall as well as Agile methodologies. Sample success metrics:• Within a fiscal a fiscal year, successfully managed the migration/decommission of 1400 Backup servers and 1200 SAN/NAS hosts, on-time and under budget. • Following the launch of a radical update (creatively and functionally) to a major website template, consumer complaints remained flat over the two-weeks following the launch (and fell thereafter).• Designed a creative review process that cut Client review turnaround time in half.

Responsible for the management, architecture, design, and development of integration and custom application development projects. Directly responsible for managing, directing, and mentoring a skilled staff of on and offshore project managers, integration architects, data architects, and developers.Represented Fortune 500 Clients as Program Manager, Project Manager and Technical Architect for B2B and EAI practices. Coordinated all human and financial resources pertaining to the practices across multiple client functional areas. Provided technical leadership to both Client Business and IT communities in order to help shape emerging strategies and initiatives requiring business-to-business integration. Responsible for ensuring the appropriate application of Portfolio Management as well as balancing cost and priority to deliver the most effective overall solutions to the Client. Success Metrics:• Over a 14-month period, the B2B practice realized a reduction of 20% in per transaction Trading Partner on-boarding costs.• Within 6-months, the EAI practice realized a reduction of 40% in per transaction EAI costs.• Co-developed the Atos Origin “Cookbook” used to define the software development processes used by Atos Origin, Great Lakes Region for all application development projects. This methodology details all processes, roles, tools, methods, and procedures based on CMMi level 3.
