• Solely managed large-scale (3.5MW-10MW, $20M - $40M) solar construction projects. 4 in total in South West Ontario.
• Assisted in the management in 16 other site throughout Central and Eastern Ontario.
• Consulted on projects world-wide as the subject matter expert for RE with respect to High Voltage.
• Promoting Safety during all stages of a project's life cycle.
• Manage all phases of construction project management including but not limited to budget and schedule development and adherence, general contractor supervision, and coordination.
• Perform all aspects of construction administration and documentation including negotiating contracts and change orders, purchase order management, conflict resolution, invoice review, high level of Quality.

Halton Hills, Ontario

• Accountable for the management of the Department’s technical staff and their Health & Safety, Training, and day to day activities within a Union environment.
• Supervised Capital Construction & Maintenance Projects, Substation Management, SCADA, Standards, Mapping, Power Quality, Locates, non-destructive pole testing & Technical Layouts.
• Supervised the routine maintenance as well as the refurbishment of existing Substations and design of new facilities, as always with an eye towards the priority of Health and Safety.
• Technical Utility Lead for implementation of a new municipally owned Transformer Station.
• Technical Utility Lead for Generation projects (which would come to be known as FIT &MicroFIT).
• Technical Utility Lead for innovative load shedding & switching (which was the Smart Grid in its infancy).

Milton, Ontario

• Created, updated and distributed newly implemented Automated Mapping / Facilities Management system. This included both Operation and Distribution maps on hard copy and electronic format (CableCad) which increased.
• Created, maintained, and supervised the annual non-destructive pole-testing program.
• Subject matter expert for computer related and technical assistance, including the upgrading, and maintenance of the hardware & software of approximately 20+ P.C.s.
