Lending Assistant Manager
Current-Help manage and develop a lending team of 40 within all aspects of the loan cycle. Provide assistance with call center efficiencies, loan decision coaching with direct and indirect lending consumer/home loans. Credit Card operations and promotions, dealer relationships. -Provide direct support in managing the accuracy and completeness of lending operations and assist members as needed to ensure the consistent application of policies and practices are in compliance with State and Federal regulations and all other legal requirements.-Participate in the project management and implementation of new lending products including system readiness and testing to ensure project and product objectives are achieved.-Assist with auditors/examiners to ensure the consistent application of policies and practices are within lending guidelines and are compliance.-Prepare and submit reports for tracking and goal achievement to monitor and communicate out business unit accomplishments and/or challenges.-Administration for the loan origination systems, including system updates, new products and user security.-Underwriting analysis, extensive reporting and performance monitoring using the tools available. Including nCino Portfolio Analytics, TCI reports and Symitar reports.-Provide support managing lending loan production, including consumer, residential, and indirect lending. Often using nCino and Decision Lending (TCI) to provide analytics. -Support creating and implementing credit card campaigns to increase production. -Work closely with vendors and contracts for the related systems.Assist with the recruitment and selection of quality applicants to develop an effective and enthusiastic team.-Monitoring daily operational activities and adjust schedules to meet business needs.-Support and conduct monthly one on one meetings to provide mentorship and develop team members to achieve their career goals.-Provide support and at times take the lead in organizational projects.
