After the acquisition of Concentrix by TSG, I managed the Product team to deliver our vertical solutions. This role combined all of my previous engineering, sales and people management skills to deliver some fantastic products for the group.I was responsible for evaluating market viability and defining the feature sets for of TSG's product portfolio including:TOCrm - Train Operating Company focused MS Dynamics CRM platform.Tribe - A new Membership Management solution based on MS Dynamics CRM.MRM - a bespoke Membership Management Platform.I was responsible (with my team of Product Managers) for the validation (technical and commercial) and prioritisation of all project work which requires bespoke development.We used SCRUM to manage and prioritise all the work for our 4 teams of developers based across the country.

I worked with Concentrix from when there were only 8 people. The majority of my career at Concentrix was spent working as the Programme Manager building the team from myself plus one other developer, up to 25 developers, consultants and project managers.I assisted the commercial team to provide a focus on our enterprise and international accounts and to provide a consistent link between the commercial and operational aspects of the business. I worked with numerous CRM products focusing on Sage CRM and Microsoft Dynamics CRM and with over 10 years of operational experience, I’ve worked in most areas of the project life cycle from Development and System Architecture to Consultancy and Project Management. As anyone who has ever worked for a small business will know exposure to presales is compulsory and over the years we have won several large deals including Royal Mail Parcelforce and have an increasing presence in the Financial sector including implementing and supporting some very high transactional systems for Trading organisations such as CMC and Henderson Global Investors.As a System Architect I’ve designed solutions for single server 5 user systems, all the way up to systems catering for hundreds of users and thousands of ‘customer portal’ users. In addition we’ve for numerous enterprise businesses we’ve had to ensure our systems comply with policies or standards covering IP Security, DDA, ISO9001, ISO27001, etc.

Programming bespoke software using Visual Basic 6 and PHP for Windows and Linux/Apache/MySQL based systems. Created my own light-weight web services and used iframes and javascript/Flash UIs to allow client side functionality with asynchronous server interactions. Created a web based Course/ Resource Management system for educational institutions. Company used to be Dan Networks and went into receivership October 2002.

Developed www.ebusinessworks.co.uk and customer websites, using Macromedia Dreamweaver and Flash software. Managed two other web developers to deliver successful and innovative websites.
