I am a leader with over 10 years experience in various levels of leadership with positions ranging from front line supervisor to Department Director. In my current position with Mesa County I use those leadership skills to help guide our supervisors with their decisions.I feel very passionately about the impact Human Resources has on an organization. I have been able to gain valuable experience in all of my previous positions that has helped shape my passion. This shows through with the pride I take in leading, mentoring, and partnering to make my teams successful.I graduated with a MS in Human Resources in 2015 and am very excited to have acquired Human Resources certification in 2016. I am always looking to connect with others involved with Human Resources or those looking to expand their circle.
