As Director of Analytics, I lead the efforts to bring data & analytics solutions to our fundraising efforts and investment process.

As Principal Data Analyst, I worked closely with the investment teams at Alumni Ventures to support our deal sourcing process as well as automate and streamline portfolio monitoring for over 1,000 portfolio companies.

At Link, I sourced a large portion of the deal flow through our data assets, managed the in-house engineering team, and consulted with portfolio companies on digital marketing strategy.

I managed a cross-functional team of analysts and engineers building content-based web properties to expand Cogo’s user reach and diversify traffic channels. In our first year we launched over 200 new web properties and engaged with over 1 million users.

When it was time to move on from the Interim Chief of Staff role, I began creating a team around user base expansion and revenue diversification, focusing on Gmail users. My team's mission was to extract high-value audiences out of Cogo's consumer intent data and find ways to efficiently reach those users.

As an analyst, I held the role of Interim Chief of Staff in which I reported directly to Cogo Labs' President & CEO. I acted as a liaison between the Cogo executive staff and all portfolio companies while building and maintaining central reporting systems on marketing metrics, revenue, and competitive landscape monitoring.

While I was at Cogo Labs, Vestigo Ventures was raising their first fund. I would often meet with prospective LPs and showcase the Cogo Labs data assets that gave Vestigo an advantage in sourcing the best fintech deals. After raising the fund, I advised the Vestigo team on analytics projects for deal sourcing, deal vetting, and strategic limited partner research.

My final co-op at Northeastern was with Goldman Sachs' PWM group. Though my typical work revolved around client meetings, I often found myself writing Excel macros in VBA to automate some of the more tedious tasks for my team (performance reports, tax-loss reports etc.). This experience (and subsequent classes at Northeastern) led to my interest in the tech world.

I spent my summer as an ad ops co-op working with clients on display and SEM campaigns.
