My responsibilities crossed over every division of the company. On the film side I wore all the hats, creatively and organizationally, to get films done - writer, actor, director and producer. On the business side I raised funds, brought in new business, helped form company strategy, and managed the team. I created and ran many events for the RAD Artist Collective as well as to promote the company's films.
