This involved:­- Tasking procurement team with developing list of 15 reliable potential sources to bridge supply gap - Leading engineering team in prioritizing qualifying alternate sources based on revenue priority and time to qualify source. - Increasing component capacity by qualifying multiple drop-in options to sustain production, meeting customer demand for products globally.­- Instituting a repair and replace model of all defective service components, improving service components and continuity of supply to sustain customer operations. ▶ LEADERSHIP■ I retained 39 employees out of a 43-person organization, with 2 being promoted into advanced roles. This represents a low 3% turnover, even during the great resignation.■ I conducted one-on-one meetings to provide feedback to leaders and capitalized on opportunities to provide active coaching for improvement. ▶ CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT■ I delivered annual savings of $2M by aligning workforce with production plan.■ I also executed a 90-day plan transitioning from internal manufacturing business to external manufacturing partner, saving $4.1M in operating cost annually.

I established global engineering practices for design standards and data vaulting.
