- Oversaw the USAID-funded Community and Youth At-risk Program known as Alcance Positivo. - Managed $8.2 million dollar, 3-year budget. Supervised team of 21 professionals in providing support to national government ministries, NGO networks, Municipal Violence Prevention Councils and community/youth groups in developing interventions to reduce youth violence and increase opportunities in education, employment and out of school time. -Developed network of 22 youth outreach centers in high violence communities. - Developed private sector partnerships resulting in over $14 million in project leverage. - Carried out monitoring and evaluation and national surveys on violence, volunteerism, NGO management.

-Drafted UNICEF policy paper on strategies for field offices, governments and non-governmental agencies to reduce and eliminate forms of child prostitution and sexual exploitation of children.

- Drafted plan for incorporating into new guidelines a more developmental approach to employment preparation for hard-to-serve youth. Served as liaison between Division of Youth Employment and Youth Employment Consortium of 30 community-based training programs.

- Evaluated and made recommendations on vocational training program for organization working with over 1,200 at-risk youth. Presented workshops on vocational preparation and program planning.
