Senior Customer Success Manager
CurrentIn my current role I provide MuleSoft Public Sector Customers with plans, enablement, workshops, brown bags and success reviews to ensure they meet agency and mission goals. I'm my customers biggest advocate within MuleSoft to ensure they receive the enablement and support needed along their MuleSoft journey. I'll tap into resources across MuleSoft and Salesforce to assist customers in architecture reviews, release management, governance, security ATO and RMF processes and general product support and advice. With my 19 year history as a US Government Federal IT employee I am able to meet my customers where they are to maneuver the challenges they face in delivering a digital experience for citizens, employees and constituents. I fully understand the pressure IT teams receive from the business to meet the ever growing need to meet regulations, enhance security and provide updated/modernized experiences to the citizens they serve. I make it a point to ensure my customers understand that I am there to partner with them and I'm fully invested in providing insight on how they can be successful based on my past experiences.
