With a robust background in IT leadership within both public and private sectors, I currently serve as a Customer Success Manager on the Salesforce Public Sector team. My career began as an IT Program Manager at the United States Postal Service (USPS), where I later advanced to the role of IT Branch Chief, overseeing call center programs and security. This foundation set the stage for my subsequent position at the US Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs, where I served as IT Division Chief over Service Integration and Innovation, and as Branch Chief over Integration Services.
