I have served as a Chief Financial Officer for more than 20 years, primarily working for growing companies with annual revenue under $100M. I’m often brought on board to roll up my sleeves and build out the company’s financial infrastructure. This includes upgrading the financial reporting, mentoring the accounting manager, constructing a robust financial forecasting model, managing the banking relationships, and coordinating the planning process.
