With 18 Physicians, 19 PA/NPs, and more than 180 staff, POA performs more than 75,000 visits across several South Puget Sound communities annually. - In direct partnership with the Managing Partner Physician, provided broad financial, strategic, and operational over site for three large clinics, 2 MRIs sites, and a free standing ASC on the campus of Valley Medical Center. - Partnered with Valley Medical Center (VMC) to develop 30,000 sq feet joint venture orthopedic and spine ASC with integrated medical lodging capabilities. The joint venture between POA and VMC opened in early 2022. - Developed and opened Proliance Bone and Joint Urgent Care, the only free standing orthopedic Urgent Care of its kind in the region. - Developed clinic expansion plan and initial construction of new orthopedic clinic site in Auburn, WA.

Administrator / ASC Director for the Surgery Center of Kalamazoo, one of the most successful multi-specialty ASCs in the Midwest. - Oversaw all facets of management and governance of ASC, including clinical, operational, revenue cycle, quality and safety initiatives, maintaining higher than 98% patient satisfaction scores. - Drove 25% year over year growth in case volume, with similar gains in revenue and EBIDA. - In 2007, successfully facilitated ASC sale at record setting 9X valuation multiple to NovaMed.
