Michael is Better Business Cases, PRINCE2, MSP and Agile qualified, and is accredited as a Lean Expert.Michael's clients across the island of Ireland have included Health & Social Care Northern Ireland (HSCNI), the Health Service Executive (HSE), An Garda Síochána, the Public Prosecution Service (PPS) NI, the Policing Authority (Ireland), the Garda Síochána Inspectorate, the Inspector of Prisons (Ireland), the Courts Service of Ireland, Forensic Science NI, Queen's University Belfast, the Irish Defence Forces, NI Electricity Networks, NI Water, Tourism NI and Land & Property Services (LPS), NI.Prior to joining PA, Michael worked in the Department of Health in Northern Ireland.
