I began at Giffnock Tennis Club when i turned 18, working regularly behind the bar serving drinks and doing my best to ensure satisfaction of the members. this role gave me first-hand experience of working in a busy environment, making and serving drinks as well as handling money. Most shifts I would be the only member of staff on the premises which meant that I was trusted with a great deal of responsibilities including, opening, closing, cash duties, cleaning and general venue management. My experience working large functions such as NYE taught me how to manage operations and deal with customers in a hectic environment.

- Responsible for the safety, well-being and enjoyment of a cabin around 16 boys, aged 10-11- Lead Tennis instructor for a camp of 600 kids where the i was responsible for programme coordination, purchasing and helping campers to improve their tennis skills.- Lead Climbing and Adventure course instructor: ensuring the overall safety and enjoyment of any and all participants.- Co-ordinate multiple cabin activities with my co-counsellors.
