Talent Acquisition leader responsible for recruitment efforts across Sales, Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Value, G&A in both the US and EMEA

- Identify career opportunities & implement candidate acquisition strategies to build talent pipelines for critical positions.-Mine, source and thoroughly screen potential candidates, conduct phone interviews as well as support special projects. -Analyze emerging recruiting trends & identify innovative sourcing techniques to locate the best potential candidates.

-Build assortment plans that meet specific department proportions such as price point, product type and customer type while staying within financial plan.-Evaluate and reforecast weekly, monthly and quarterly sales potential to ensure assormtent plans provide sufficient inventory representation during promotions and peak sales periods.-Proactively monitor and evaluate correctable actions as business needs evolve to capitalize on sales opportunity and limit inventory risk.

-Execute distribution strategy by allocating product in appropriate proportions to the correct stores to optimize sales opportunity and to control inventory flow throughout the year.-Successfully execute analysis to establish correctable actions and gain insight for planning future quarters.-Leverage technical and analytical strengths to understand seasonality of business and how this directly affects customer trends.-Gained cross functional exposure on team and individual projects to drive category and company success for current and future timeframes.
