Beginning in 1980, I initially worked as an apprentice carpenter, mason, and heavy equipment operator with a regional real estate developer. Soon after, I was promoted to Project Manager and then to Assistant Vice President in charge of licensing and liaisons with various municipalities throughout Colorado, Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Wyoming, and Nebraska.

In 1989, I founded Facilities Contracting, Inc. with a firm belief that building should not only produce a quality finished product but the company must also tend to the client’s needs throughout the duration of a projects life span. Beginning with day porter services, snow removal, and smaller commercial construction, I was able to expand Facilities Contracting, Inc. into a top Class A commercial general contractor with clientele ranging from governmental agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and private individuals. 

I oversee all organizational and managerial functions necessary to maintain the ongoing financial longevity of the company. I also hold contracting licenses and examinee ratings necessary to conducts Class A construction and demolition throughout the State of Colorado.
