Early 2014 Michael introduced M.L.McVinney & Associates, LLC. MLMAS pulls from its resources of professional associates (accountants, attorneys, marketing experts, etc) to assemble a team that partners with startups. MLMAS also leverages expertise in alternative assets site selection (Billboards, cellular towers, wind turbines, petroleum) & real estate experience to assist in any commercial site selection including retail, industrial and office. Michael often offers this service at no charge knowing his community benefits from the businesses that he helps place.Recently joining Gary Lynn's team (Jason Spain, Jason Lynn, Christopher Lynn, Heather Lynn) from Lynn Development, very respected leaders within the region, to build a full service commercial brokerage, Lynn Real Estate Solutions, LLC. The goal of this project is simply to become the best at what it does while maintaining integrity & a firm grasp on whats important to our clients. Our group enjoys relationships with several community oriented leadership groups such as the Jamestown Renaissance Corporations, the Gebbie Foundation & Chamber of Commerce.Prior to joining CB Richard Ellis in July of 2011, Michael was active in several ventures. In 2000 he started an outdoor advertising company with a grass roots methodology, investing minimal cash. In 2001 his company merged with another as he continued to nurture the company. This company was thought to be one of the most aggressive & fastest growing outdoor companies within the US. During this time, Mr. McVinney worked on every facet including market research,strategizing market penetration, leasing, acquisition, development, sales & operations.Previous to 2000, Michael accepted several construction projects ranging from residential to commercial from New York to Nevada. With federal security clearance, his projects included work at high security locations such as federal/state buildings, banks, hospitals & the McCarran International airport.
