Independent Field Representatives are responsible for re-establishing communications between Sand Castle clients and their customers. This includes: standard field calls, vehicle inspections, exterior property inspections, and other collateral inspections (i.e. business and commercial inspections) submitted with condition reports and digital photos.

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of commercial coffee vending machines located throughout Southern Ohio and Eastern Indiana. Additional responsibilities included but were not limited to training new technicians, machine installation and removal; and collection of revenue generated by the machines.

Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of truck mounted, commercial, equipment sprayers for liquid fertilizer and dry fertilizer spreaders. Additional responsibilities included performing liquid and dry fertilization of residential and commercials lawns.

Responsible for the year round building maintenance and cleaning of Gilford High School, including but not limited to, minor electrical and plumbing, carpentry, and floors.
