My approach as a coach and trainer is recognised through openness, simplicity and respect. For me, the effect of this is powerful and direct. Within my coaching and training I work mostly with practical examples of everyday situations from the work and life of people. I apply different methods and techniques. Among other things biographical methods, (training) acting, experiential learning and Deep Democracy. I always look for an optimal balance between thinking, feeling and wanting, or head (insight, understanding, reflection), heart (involvement, motivation, experience) and hands (practicing, applying). For me, the key to development lies in the right alignment of these dimensions in learning.
