An independent consultant since 2015, I support my clients, BtB & ESN software publishers, in developing their business: * Digital and telephone sales prospecting (detection of high-level projects and making appointments)* Setting up or optimising marketing and sales processes* Training and coaching insides salesAnd since this year, following training in the use of AI including chatGPT 4o and Gemini1.5 Pro, I've been writing prompts for :* Generate content, including graphics (Canva Pro, Midjourney, Dall-E, Photoshop & Lightroom)* Carry out competitive and information monitoring* Analysing and/or summarising documents (pdf, word,Excel, Pwpt etc.)* Preparing training and coaching days* And, of course, proposing solutions and methodology to complex problems.A lot has been said about AI, some of it far-fetched. If I had to quickly sum up what it brings me and my 1st beneficiaries, Associations, it's tremendous productivity gains in office tasks (including CRM and BI), invaluable help in brainstorming and organisation (planning and logistics) and, of course, in content generation.Mastering AI and prompts is of course a new skill for me and my clients, but it is above all a 'reinforcer' of the skills I have acquired during my 30-year career in marketing, sales and management. Just as computers, in the 80s and 90s, enhanced the work efficiency of those who had mastered them.Outside my professional activity, I'm a administrator of an environmental education association (10 full-time employees), a permacultural gardener, à photographer and an assiduous reader.
