Developed an asset management system for tracking buried infrastructure through design and construction for Consent Decree projects.Sewer Rehabilitation and Inspection, DC Water Engineering Program Management Consultant (EPMC) - 2010 - Blue Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant, Washington, D.C.-Management and administration of sewer inspection and cleaning contracts for the Washington D.C. combined and sanitary collection system.

Conducted Hydrologic and Hydraulic analysis for storm sewer and pond system sizing using adICPR and Pond Pack model suites. Assisted in drainage design with erosion and sediment control of swale/canals. Became familiar with FDOT, SJRWMD and SFWMD stormwater design methodology. Deployed into field on several occasions for stormsewer video inspection and jet cleaning. Supervised and documented inspection activities and needed repairs. Oversaw the video production of stormsewer tapes for residential and commercial storm sewers in South Florida during studies for stormwater certification in Old Plantation Water District.

Supported various stormwater management and design projects through the application of CAD systems, such as AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-HMS and ArcGIS. Conducted field investigations and collected data for hydrologic and hydraulic models.
